This four hour version of Justice League might have an hour of footage from the two hour version from 2017 abut even most of that footage is given very different context by the 3 unseen hours. The film looks a lot better and more consistent visually and has a much clearer and often over explained storyline. The first two hours is filled with narration, exposition and montages (often in slow motion). The next two hours is where the team finally forms and are much better paced. The fact that this was released for streaming means Snyder got to show absolutely everything he filmed and it does feel a little long and I think a theatrical cut of Snyder’s vision around the three hour mark could be better. That said this is far better than the mashup we got in 2017 that cut the heart out of the film and so much storyline based around Cyborg and the Flash to a lesser degree. 6/10

If true, I really don't want to watch it now.

Oh, well it’s better than the 2017 version but the length will put some off for sure

Oh, well it’s better than the 2017 version but the length will put some off for sure 4 hours? Yeah, I'd say. I can tolerate that with something like Lord of the Rings but Zach Snyder's Justice League? I'll pass, thank you.

It wasn't a vast improvement on the earlier film. Still very dull, morose, almost humourless. Nothing added seemed particularly special. Sometimes seemed like an exercise in Snyder just trying to create an iconic shot (the post battle team line-up shot is rubbish)
The boring Cyborg storyline is expanded...and is still boring
The expanded Wonder Woman/London siege scene is quite good, and a name-dropping scene near the end, which seemed to be created for fanboy "what if" speculation and debate was quite interesting.
A polished turd still stinks. In less than 4 months we already have two DC duds.

I actually liked it way more than the atrocious theater cut. Everything flows better and is more impactul for me. The buildup to Superman's ressurection was awesome

It's much better than 2017 version and I think it's best of the Snyder DC trilogy tbh. But this cut could have never been released in theaters...
I can understand why Ray Fisher has been pissed at WB. Victor Stone/Cyborg is the character than benefits the most from this cut.

This wouldn't have worked on the big screens at 4 hrs, but I'm happy this version exists and it will be ths only version I watch. Just like for LOTR and the theatrical cuts were good

I’ll take big swings and some misses and some hits over cookie cutter, studio collaboration perfectly wrapped, with neatly placed bows... I can’t remember anything about Ant-Man or 2/3 of MCUs films, because they are... A) Insert unlikely hero. B) Unlikely hero is misunderstood. C) Unlikely hero gets a superpower. D) Unlikely hero has an equally powered villain. E) Unlikely hero beats equally powerful villain. Insert or swap different names, gender or ethnicity. At least Snyder’s films are made by a director with a unique vision.

Yeah, the Snyder cut sucks just as much putrid ass as the theatrical cut did. Big shocker, Snyder is a zero-talent hack.
I haven't' finished it yet, and it's possible I won't bother. The hours are not exactly flying by with this one.

Another thing people are complaining about is the aspect ratio. It’s not like 1996, when you got the 4:3 cropped from the original 1:85 to fit a BOX TV: So yes, you lost some of the picture: But in Snyder Cut of JL. He filmed it all with IMAX cameras. So if you crop it to fit a 16:9 tv with a 1:85 aspect ratio, then you’re actually LOSING some of the image. Why is that so hard to understand? This movie is supposed to be an epic. Shot on IMAX cameras.

So that’s how BVS, Watchmen and JL happened? Not even Man of Steel was like that. He was born an alien who came to Earth. He isn’t a guy who gets superpowers. Dude, you can hate Snyder’s vision all you want. I respect your opinion. But to say his films are formulas like the MCU, then I know you have never seen his films. Or you’re lying.
