Was hoping for more votes. Oh well.
I think I experienced a Mandala effect with this. I would’ve sworn Bart and Lisa wore red, but watching again I noticed that they looked more orange.
Matt Groening supposedly says they are red. And several pieces of dialogue has Lisa calling her dress red.
I suppose the correct answer may be orangey red? Or reddish orange?

I thought orange. There was an episode where Bart put his red baseball cap in the laundry which made Homer's shirt pink. Montgomery Burns: Why is that man wearing pink? Smithers, who is that?
