Delightful game full of modest challenges Thanks for the entertainment Matt Well plaid all! these challenges were ... modest? oh well -- I guess that's better than 'immodest.' Yeah, those immodest challenges... pole dancing, lap dancing.... WAIT! you don’t mean to say The GARTH GAME is furtive and mean. You must keep her in close quarantine, Or she sneaks to the slums, And promptly becomes, Disorderly, drunk and obscene ?

K-020. V-008. Viva Villa! Wallace Beery V Donald Cook K AND THIS ONE WAS MY OFFICE POOL LLS SELECTION, BRAVO !!! That was easy. I remember the ending vividly. Beery stands up then several several of his accomplices arise and say, "I'm Pancho Villa! No, I'm Pancho Villa!" Then Jean Simmons rides off with Peter Ustinov. Very moving and very memorable. Almost as memorable as the bullfighting scene Beery had with Woody Strode and Olivier.

An ESPECIALLY fine game you devised this time, Matt. And you know WHY it was especially fine, don't you.
Don't you?
It was the pronounced SCARCITY of halfers!
Definitely keeps the blood pressure from rising too much.
My compliments!

I never know what to do with halters
The easiest are those excruciating ones where you get a half er with two different matches generally you just mix and match . It may take three posts to get the answer and someone else my slide in ahread of you .
The worst are those halfers where the one you know is a lead actor who has made 150 films and there are 37 possible answers.
No I take it back. The worst is when it’s a character actor like Donald Crisp ,a contract player at a major studio where he played the father of every star at the studio over a 40 year career.
I try to keep a running list of possibles . And I pare down the madness by refusing to go after matches like someone who played the murderer of Ike Clanton, a character in at least 30 films I have not seen.

Mine is to get drunk.
