The Transformer movies are incoherent messes. The only redeemable feature is a hot Megan Fox. Star Wars wins by default I guess.

Attack of the Clones is dry but cohesive, Revenge of the Fallen is not only not cohesive but also has a rare occurrence of being a movie that is both under whelming and over whelming.

Attack of the Clones has a decent final act and enjoyable light saber battle involving Yoda. It's an improvement on The Phantom Menace.
By contrast, I couldn't sit through Transformers 2.
