I love Daybreakers. It's really a different take on vampire lore, and Willem Dafoe is always worth a watch.

The Lost Boys was the first to pop into my mind. I think it's very entertaining, and the music is rememberable.
(And Nosferatu, that someone listed, is a Dracula adaptation; the courts even said so. The filmmakers didn't fool anyone!)

One of my all-time favorites which has yet to be mentioned is Lifeforce (1985), which was adapted from the novel "Space Vampires".
