If you've seen this movie, were you able to figure it out?
(SPOILER)
My mom and I watched it on Svengoolie last night, and by the werewolf break we couldn't decide between Caroline and Jan, they both looked equally good for it. Imagine our surprise when both were right.

Honestly I always thought they picked a person at random to reveal as the werewolf. Although Paul Foote was such an obvious red herring from the word go that I knew it couldn't be him.

That's the thing, there *is* a process of elimination, Foote was too obvious, so was the white woman, Peter Cushing is almost NEVER the monster, that cuts the suspect pool down quickly.

I kept hoping the twist would be they were all werewolves except for the host. As for figuring it out… There isn’t a single clue, is there?

Nope. In fact, it was never even explained how the host KNEW one of them was a werewolf, was it?

I always forgot the second werewolf when I rewatch it. "I'm a landscape man myself." There's a comic book of the Thing 1982--a sequel to it-and in one scene this guy is in a room and they do the blood test-and it turns out that he is the only one who isn't a thing and he has to leap out the window and cut his own arm off to prevent the infection from spreading. How did he know about the werewolf? That's good a point isn't it? Robert Shaw seriously considered doing the hunter part but he got an offer for a movie about a fish and did that instead.
Calvin Lockhart has a particularly good line delivery when he says "he's coming for YOU Pavel."
I did not mind the dog-werewolf but I think they should have stuck something over his face so he didnt have the wagging tongue look. It's not very scary. The wagging tongue of Death I call it.
