Appropriately enough, Leslie Nielsen's father was a Mountie.

Jack Warner was born in London, Canada. While known for his work as an exec, he does have one credit as an actor which can technically allow him onto your list. (2 of his brothers were born in Poland and the other in the US)
Guy Lombardo appeared as 'self' a few times as did early producer Al Christie. Not technically acting.
Is Kate Nelligan classic enough? She started working on TV in the early 70s.
John S. Robertson worked mostly behind the camera in the silent era but has a few acting credits.
Anna Russell, known more for her work on the stage.

Possibly Lebowskidoo? This ad from my youth always worked for me. Now you will have to excuse me. I suddenly have a thirst for some Canadian Whiskey He looks like Robert Goulet, another Canadian I forgot to add to the list, thanks!

I’m pretty sure it is him Lebowskidoo, as someone else at at different site mentioned that it was. I tried to confirm this before I posted, but couldn’t find confirmation. Initially, I incorrectly typed in the wrong name of “Robert Guillaume”. Imagine my surprise at seeing just how far off I was
