No one during a global pandemic goes to a cinema for 35 minutes only to just walk out of a movie. Even pre pandemic I found cinema walkers embarrassing. If you've watched the trailers, read the plot and done some basic research there should be no excuse for such public stupidity. well, sorry to disappoint but yeah, someone does. me. i did it before pandemic, no reason to stop now. if i utterly dont enjoy the movie there is no reason to stay. why would you stay and be actively bored or irritated? Trailers are often misleading. Good editing and music can make even the dullest movie seem good in a 2 minute trailer. Furthermore, I even actively like all the key actors in Jungle Cruise so I was genuinely excited going in. And while I am not the biggest fan of Disney, I dont mind their movies. But the movie wasnt for me. It happens sometimes. Why call walking out of a movie a "public stupidity"? What so stupid about not wanting to spend time doing something you actively dont like?? And why would you be embarrassed by witnessing it?? Embarrassed for you. You've tried to explain yourself well but I just can't stand cinema walkers. Especially these days where film trailers, clips, cast interviews and film reviews are 24/7 online, there's just no excuse.

I understand you would be embarrassed for me and you cant stand it, but do you mind sharing more about why? Why is it bringing you discomfort? Do you see it as stupid investment of money on their part? Or disrespect toward the creators? Or disturbing the audience (see I am doing your part for you ). I am genuinely interested in understanding why an onlooker would feel embarrassed or call it a public stupidity.

The Che Guevara of cinema walkouts that keeps bugging me when you could've avoided it by doing basic research beforehand. Expecting approval from forum users for basically not knowing what you were paying for.

I was not asking for any kind of sympathy or approval, I simply stated I left and didnt enjoy the movie. Your reaction included words like act of stupidity which peaked my interest, thats all. And as I have said, I have done "basic research", I know the genre, the studio, knew the actors in it as well as the plot, seen the trailer and was activelly looking forward to seeing it. Yet became disappointed and concluded its not worth my time. Thats all. No martyrdom, i didnt even complain " well now they got my money, pf, the audacity to ask for money for such shit" etc. And I am fine with you not approving of people leaving the theater, I was simply trying to understand why it bugged you. You chose not to give any reasons and thats fine too.

Did you do anything else stupid? You seem to know but not know why I called you stupid, which is weird.

Which is fine.

Jackiemoon is a turd and a waste of oxygen I thought you would have better standards. Such a shame. Like a person deliberately stepping in dogshit.

Huh? But it only made $13 million over its budget? Can you please explain how that amount is financially worthy for a sequel when Rampage made more?
