Always liked what Graig Nettles said about the Reggie Bar when a reporter asked if if he liked it
"never took a bite. I opened one and it started telling me how good it was"
Nettles was a hoot
I wanted to hate the Reggie Bar, I really did.......but damn if it wasn't pretty good. I wolfed down a few before they went bye-bye. never had one. Wolfed down many a bowl of Flutie Flakes though

You took the words out of my mouth. I had the same thought.
For the respect of the OP, I just gonna say Reggie Jackson. I haven't seen him mentioned much lately. He was "the man" when I first start watching baseball. His 3 HRs in 1977 WS was the earliest memory of watching a game live. His stay with the Yankees may have been short, but those were great time. Thank you Reggie!
The candy bar was pretty good too. Too bad I have never tried one.

FrankSobotka1514. The straw that stirs the drink. The MVP of these boards. We all toast to your health, good sir. I appreciate that but freely acknowledge all the other mvps here. As one of the many Mostly Vapid Punks on this board, I appreciate the callout.
