They’re the one studio in Hollywood that isn’t trying to compete in the streaming wars. That’s refreshing in this day and age.

Yeah. That’s why I made this thread. I’m grateful that we’re not getting a Sony+. There are too many streaming services as it is.

Yeah, I’d prefer just Netflix or whatever, and just have these major studios just rent their films to these established streaming services. That way we don’t have 15 streaming services.

I just don’t understand why these studios are arrogant enough to think people like them enough to justify their own streaming services. At the very least, I guess I can concede that Disney is enough of a household name that has a ton of popular content, but Paramount+? That’s just stupid.

I’m okay with Disney and HBO because they are already established. But like you said. I mean, Peacock for Universal/NBC lost so much money last year. And Discovery+? Seriously?
