Also it was collateral damage while trying to stop a terrorist as opposed to committing a terrorist act herself.

It didn’t stop Scarlet Witch being recruited and she killed hundreds. She didn't kill anyone until Civil War, when she was already on the team. Also it was collateral damage while trying to stop a terrorist as opposed to committing a terrorist act herself. She killed people indirectly through Hulk. You can’t tell me that fight didn’t end up killing thousands of people. If it were Tony he’d have her under ‘house arrest’ like he did Scarlet Witch. And remember when he first met Natasha and said ‘I want one’. He was Weinstein-ish yet got away with it because no one had the guts to tell him it’s wrong. |

It's ridiculous, but I'm pretty sure they went out of their way to say nobody died in that battle. And yeah it's funny how poorly that joke has aged in such a short amount of time.

Scarlett Witch maybe had a hand in killing a few hundred people, though they do say iirc that the rampaging Hulk didn't kill anyone just caused massive property damage most of which was Tony's, but she in turn helped prevent an extinction level event which saved the lives of billions...she paid her "debt" before she was recruited, this chick not so much, maybe if Zemo tries to release a virus which will kill any superhuman on the planet or potential superhuman there by risking the lives of possibly millions even billions and she stops him she'll earn some good will, but until then not so much.
