Silver Bullet is his best by far. Lost Boys is tolerable but I never understood why so many people love it. Crank 2 is great but it's not a Haim movie really. I think Corey Feldman is scum for using Haims alleged molestation to get attention. Feldman has been saying for years he could destroy Hollywood if he ever revealed the names of all the pedophiles he knows about. Yet he never actually says or does anything except make vague threats. Call the police and share any information / evidence you have as soon as.
I started this thread about the actor, but I'm well aware of all the accusations being put forward online, which are far more important than a movie.

Haim always seemed more talented and charismatic than Feldman. He had a tragic life and seems to be another sad victim of the deplorable way Hollywood takes advantage of children. I agree that anyone who has info or evidence should share it but most are too concerned about the effect it would have on their careers. It's that selfish borderline evil attitude that allowed Harvey Weinstein and others to prey on desperate actors for so long.

I don't and never said I did. Feldman has been claiming for years he does have evidence on numerous Hollywood movers and shakers. Every few years he will gather the press and imply he will out the pedos soon but never does. Harvey and others were openly predators for decades and other than Harvey what has really happened other than some careers taking a hiatus until the outrage dies down. Not sure why you seem defensive I'm pointing these things out or that I have evidence.

The Lost Boys and Lucas are his only movies I like.
The ending of Lucas is extremely cornball though and brings down an otherwise smart movie.
Third is Firstborn. Smart first half, dumb second half.
I am not a fan of Silver Bullet at all, though it isn't without it's moments and the main characters are likable. Not a scary, interesting or suspenseful movie and the directing is bland imo. I think there is a good horror movie in here somewhere, but the screenwriter and director failed to find it.
From Roger Ebert's 3/4 star review.
"Stephen King's "Silver Bullet" is either the worst movie ever made from a Stephen King story, or the funniest. It is either simply bad, or it is an inspired parody of his whole formula, in which quiet American towns are invaded by unspeakable horrors. It's a close call, but I think the movie is intentionally funny. And because I laughed longer and louder during this film than during any other comedy I've seen since "Broadway Danny Rose," I am going way out on a shaky limb and actually give the movie a three-star rating, which means I even think you might enjoy it, too."
I never thought about it as being a parody.

How about 'Prayer Of The Rollerboys' and 'Blown Away'? For me, those energetic crime pictures are where he truly came into his own/.

I have not seen those and don't have much interest either.

Dream a Little Dream, though it had very little to do with Corey Haim or Feldman being in it.

'Dream A Little Dream' is a fun movie I've not seen in years. Meredith Salenger recently made a movie with Elias Koteas, Jennifer Jason Leigh and Virginia Madsen that was said to recall the magic of 1980s filmmaking, though I've not seen it myself, it's called 'Jake Squared' (2013).
