You gotta give Tugg Speedman a lot of credit for at least attempting to try to break out of the superhero garbage that he is known for, but man, this movie stinks.
The cinematography is all messed up, the dialogue is juvenile, and the acting is atrocious. I know Speedman was a big star and everything, but someone higher up on the food chain should have put a stop to this.
If he wants to be taken seriously as an actor, perhaps Speedman should go the Mickey Rourke route and play a washed up boxer or athlete. I think that would be more up his alley, instead of doing the "look at me, I'm playing a simpleton like Sean Penn did" thing.
I guess a plus would be the music, and I hear the movie was a success at heroin producing camps in Asia, but other than that, there isn't much positive to say about this mess of a film.
