That's you? Good for you! You're a looker too. 95 pounds is a great accomplishment.
I was a 10 at one time, now I'm a 6. I have a history of disordered eating and a weird relationship with food in general though, so I try to focus on food and exercise for health and not weigh myself more than a couple times a month.

Thanks. Yeah, that’s me. I was always overweight and nerdy as a kid. So it’s nice to be at a healthy weight. I feel healthy, I started painting, I’ve changed a lot. I feel happier and just overall a new look on life.

You obviously saw an issue and resolved it. Weight loss and being healthy is no easy task so kudos to you.
You set a goal and you achieved it. It wasn't easy but you did whatever it took to get to point you wanted to be. Much respect.

congrats on improving your health! what an achievement. how long did it take you and how did you go about changing your ways, since you say you were always overweight, what changed for you?

It took me 8 months and I eat plant based. I started running and working out with weights. So I would run a 5k then a 10k 3 days a week and 3 days a week I’d do a circuit weight routine. Now, my cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugar, triglycerides, everything is improved. My doctor said he didn’t just see an improvement in weight loss, but across the board. I feel amazing.
