What did you think of JEREMY and VIGILANTE Bad Snorkasaurus? While I have both on Blu Ray, I first saw Jeremy on the big screen in the seventies. I was about 14 and boy did I think Glynnis O'Connor was beautiful, just so lovely. Funny thing, though, the film seemed even more special and unique when I saw it on Blu Ray earlier this year than when I first saw it on the big screen, maybe 'cause I'm older now. So I am curious as to your opinion of these two very different, but memorable indie flicks?

Seems like more and more, are carrying on this similar retro 80s VHS rental artwork look, as several of my recent Mill Creek Blu-ray purchases, has this retro-look going, very strong. Some, even comes with a "warning", to those, expecting a VHS inside.

I've been looking forward to getting this special edition of this fun 70s car chase flick, and it finally arrived. The transfer was taken from a print that had been stored in Richard Taylor's (the director) garage. This print is the complete director's cut and contains extra violence that had to be toned down to get a PG rating. There's also a previously cut scene in the paint shop that had more dialogue. Lots of great information from the interviews and audio commentary. Apparently Taylor wanted American International to release Stingray due to the fact they specialized in B-movies, but the producer's decided on Avco-Embassy because more money was offered.
