Last one for me was GARBAGE PAIL KIDS THE MOVIE. I haven't been able to sit through all of it, at once. So i haven't just of yet been able to appreciate it fully.

So what have you picked up on DVD or Blu Ray recently? I got: Tenet I risked the pandemic to see it in theatres and I liked it enough to buy it. I would buy Wonder Woman 1984 but I didn't like that enough to get it at full price. I'll wait on that one.

Im not a Nolan fan although I will admit I think his films are clever but not really my taste. The Dark Knight is the only one of his I love. I recently seen Wonder Woman 1984. Wasn't too thrilled with it. Its watchable but needed a better script and villain's.

Some great pickups there, I remember Record City coming on TV back in the 80s (some UHF station I’m sure). I think it was free on Prime awhile back and watched it again. Lots of cameos. Just mindless fun, I don’t think it had much of a plot. Rick Dees is fun to watch. I had his Disco Duck album a long time ago second hand from a yard sale. Haha I had never heard of it until I bought it spur of the moment during a Roninflix sale. It was the final title I decided to add to my order after watching the trailer. Yeah, it reminds me of Car Wash and Van Nuys Blvd.

The old A&E set was one of my very first handful of DVD purchases. Bought it at Suncoast. Love that music and visuals of the intro. My favorite episodes are The Two Faces of Evil, The Silent Scream, Children of the Full Moon and Visitor From the Grave.

Witching Time was solid, although I would've preferred had the witch or any of the characters been more likeable.
The Thirteenth Reunion was more black comedy than horror, and reminded me of a certain episode from The Hunger. Fun but a bit predictable.

I must be the only one in the whole IMDB membership who doesn't even own a Blu-Ray player...don't plan to get one, either.

DVD I bought Django Unchained & Jackie Brown, last year's lockdown to complete my Tarantinos.
The last new blus I bought were The Grand Budapest Hotel: Criterion, Avengers: Endgame, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, & Godzilla: King of the Monsters.
I will be buying Zack Snyder's Justice League blu as soon as it's posted online for sale.

wasn't by choice. My Dumb ass room-mate ordered the 4k release for her 7 year old granddaughter on amazon because she "Didn't see the standard blu-ray release". This dumb ass didn't look hard enough or bother to ask for help. They don't even have 4k at that house. Out of the 4 households within their family (Here, My Room-mate's son, My Room-mate's daughters, Their Son-in-law's parents) I'm the only one with a 4k device. It was too late to return it. So I ended up buying it off of her in exchange for the standard blu-ray release and the $3.35 difference
