I still watch, but I will admit that I don't watch as much as I used to because I've been going to bed earlier. If I don't watch my favorite shows on the TV, I watch what I miss at the network websites later on. Blue Bloods, Young Sheldon, and Last Man Standing are the only shows that I care to watch.

The same as it was before basic cable and HBO/Showtime existed. When people were stuck with a minimum of three channels.
All of those "channels" are now available on streaming.
And yet, for the moment, so do those networks and channels on actual television.

Because I worked nights I got behind on a lot of shows. Streaming allows me to catch up on the currently airing ones whenever. Currently airing shows I'm watching on network TV are:
Big Sky The Walking Dead Fear the Walking Dead The Good Doctor Resident Alien The Conners Clarice Manifest Good Girls Nancy Drew Star Trek: Picard Superman and Lois Walker This Is Us What We Do In the Shadows
Everything else I rely on streaming to get caught up on.
