Women's One A Day Multivitamin
Calcium Citrate plus D 400 mg
Super B complex
Vitamin C 1,000 mg
I also take 10 mg on melatonin when I can't sleep.

I take a multivitamin. A B12 vitamin. And Vitamin C vitamin.
Most days. Not all.
When I do physical labor I take a B Complex vitamin.

I take Airborne, dissolve it in half a glass of water and fill the other half with Simply Orange. When I have cold sores I also drink Ensure in the morning and before bed.

One that I do take every morning is my B12. Just slip the pill under my tongue, and I'm good to go!
One that I should be taking is my C. I keep meaning to have it just before I have dinner (because one is supposed to have it with food).
I did remember yesterday - only because I had to take a couple of Lactaid pills. The burger that I got from A&W had cheese on it.

I think smoothies are a good way to get vitamins. (chia seeds, hemp hearts, cinnamon (make sure it's ceylon) nut butters,,,, I put all kinds of things. I'm thinking of getting pine nuts for it. They're suppose to be very good for you, but pricey! (the vega powder I put in also has it's own vitamin mix) Like someone else said a multi vitamin can bother my stomach, but I guess throwing veggies, and fruits in the smoothie helps with that.
