Okay, last year it made sense when all the public pools closed, all the home pools would sell out, which they did, everything here sold out, the above ground pools, inflatable pools, even all the little yard hot tubs, everything was gone. Everybody's known for a year that by this summer, there'd be a new demand for more swimming pools...so why, when I look on Amazon, Walmart, etc., are the prices the exact same gouged prices as last year? $1,200-2,000 for an 18 foot swimming pool, that 2 years ago sold for $400, assuming they're even in stock, most are not. Most sizes aren't available and most of the ones that are are small, 10 footers, 12 footers, 15 footers, outrageous prices, $600, $800, $1,000. Why is this something still being gouged and why aren't they more readily available a year later?

Looks like you don't know about supply and demand pricing.
