Just put one of these in my back yard and am going to get a fire going in a few days and when I have hot coals going to make two rib eye steaks like in the last picture.

Bet they would be so good cooked over hot coals like that.

They were great. They were as tender as could be. The key is to get hot coals and cook them slowly. Don't be in a hurry and cook them to close to the coals. We have to camp forks we used like you see below. But I am going to invest in one like in the last picture. That way I can make steaks, hamburgers and hotdogs over hot coals.
