I order from Panera a lot, and always order the fresh fruit cup which is always good! The last three times prior to these two times I ordered it, however, the strawberries were brown and mushy, the cantaloupe smelled sour, and the blueberries were smooshed and old. After the third time, I wrote to their quality feedback email, and they apologized profusely, and gave me a free meal (which I have yet to cash in - to much for lunch).
The store manager also apologized profusely after I did curbside pickup on Tuesday and let him know.
And today, when I got my order, there were TWO fresh fruit cups - and I only paid for one! I'll have one for breakfast tomorrow!

Nice!
What's tough is when you do curbside pickup and don't realize you've got a mushy fruit cup until you arrive back at your destination.
That was a very nice thing of them to do.

Yeah, well now I look in my bag. The manager said to call him if it happens again, but I told him I'd rather look in the bag when I get it.

I've started to do that as well after a few messed up orders, but I admit, sometimes I forget and just drive off. Never fails, it's the times I drive off that the order gets messed up. lol
