Loved playing that game on PS3, some years ago. Never got around to enjoy the original, but the tv-show were a huge part of my childhood, and yeah, so much sweet and happy memories come back, when thinking of Ducktales and all the great animated classic Disney shows of the late 80s and early 90s. Speaking of happy or feel-good video game music, I guess these might fit in well, or so my ears think:
Impossible to sit still, while playing and hearing this absolute awesome video game/music, even as an adult, it makes me feel all pumped up, ready to kick some footsoldiers shell. Best video game of the early 90s.
Big Apple 3 A.M.
Alleycat Blues
Sewer Surfin'
Turtles in Technodrome
Neon Night Riders
Starbase: Where no turtles has gone before

Another huge video game favorite, but released later in the 90s, is that of Spyro the Dragon on Playstation 1, around 1998, and where I loved the music, the feel good vibe and sometimes, would just sit and not bother to play the game, just soak up the atmosphere and great music by Stewart Copeland.
These two, have always stood out, as my two favorites cuts from that popular PS1 video game franchise:
Title Screen
Dark Hollow

Also loved the later PS2 classic franchise of Sly Cooper and Ratchet and Clank video games, where the first one, that I think of, is the great Starship Phoenix music, which remind me so much of those great late night during fall of 2004, playing Ratchet and Clank 3: Up Your Arsenal into the night time.

I’m not a fan of game soundtracks and usually turn them off before starting the game but this one still brings back happy memories.

The title fails to mention that you also get a bonus of "Your Old Lady"--not as happy and upbeat as "Mercury Blues," but still fun.

Here's a nice one from arguably my favorite Beatles album, Revolver:
And a later number of theirs in a similar vein, from Abbey Road:
And a live version of one of my faves from their early days:
