I on the other hand dislike olives, so #2 and #4 are automatically out of contention.
Aren't #3 and #5 the same one, just from different angles? Anyway, either one of those would be my pick.

#4. I love black olives too. On pizza, on hoagies, in pasta in salads and mexican dip..but I absolutely hate the taste of green olives and I think I saw some in #2 when I enlarged it. So #4.
I remember the first time I tried a green olive, out of a jar. I got it down but almost gagged and it made me shiver. So bitter and nasty!!

I love pizza but I prefer to keep it simple...just a plain cheese pie. Although sometimes I live dangerously and I'll add pepperoni.  |

#5 but hold the onions, not sure why people put onions on a pizza... lol. Nothing against onions I do like'em but not on pizza.
Anyhow, I don't like getting too crazy with pizza, so #5 looks to be the most reasonable one.
