The Malice at the Palace. One of the greatest moments in NBA history. Better than any Celtics championship.

Buster Douglas knocking out Mike Tyson to become the Heavyweight Champion of the world. One of the biggest upsets of all time. The Mike Tyson Vs Evander Holdfield 2 The Bite fight. Good call on "The Block" by Lebron James. One of the greatest plays of all time. The Malice at Palace Piston-Pacers brawl. Especially considering it kept the bitchbag Warriors (who would've been a #6 seed and lost in the first round of the playoffs in any given year in the 90s) from claiming the greatest season of all time.

Maybe someday you can make your own argument. I'd kill to see that series, by the way. Edit: Quick search came up with this. Someone on the internet said it, I guess that settles it.

He and Kerr made the points I would have and said it better than I could. It's all about which set of rules is agreed on and how much time the teams would get to prep. Even the analytics, equipment, and medical analysis available would have some effect.

Even the analytics, equipment, and medical analysis available would have some effect. Then you're both sidestepping the question, and I disagree. We're talking elite superstars here, and in the NBA that means they aren't calling fouls on any of them. And it's not like the Warriors are amazing off the dribble, so hand checking is irrelevant. Jordan would completely shut down Curry, which wouldn't be that hard considering all he does is shoot threes. Put Pippen on Durant and Harper on Thompson (mostly a catch and shoot guy, not hard to contain if you aren't worrying about doubling elsewhere). Rodman gets Green kicked out five minutes into the game; suspended for multiple games if he really starts talking to him. The Warriors offense would grind to a halt, curious as to which Warrior you think would matchup with Jordan on defense. The lower scores Haberstroh brings up proves my point. The Bulls pushed the pace, but they could also win grinders when they had to. The Warriors can't do that. They're frontrunners who try to pile on with hot shooting, they can't manufacture a win to save their lives. Pippen could effectively guard all five positions on the court, and get opportunistic buckets in every possible way (post up, mid-range, three, transition). Klay would have to work for his buckets, something I don't think he knows how to do. Jordan was a legitimate psychopath who would take it personally if Curry starting chewing on his mouth guard like a two year old or doing a shimmy after making a wide open three, and Jordan would make it his mission to destroy him in that series. Durant would just quit after Jordan trash talked him in passing and start thinking about where else he could join all stars to chase a ring. The Warriors best players are either weak-willed or one dimensional (and in the case of Curry and Thompson, both) taking on the most talented and competitive lunatic in the history of the NBA, one of the most versatile players at either end in NBA history, and a walking freakshow who made it a habit of getting other players tossed. Good luck, Golden State.

The Warriors best players are either weak-willed or one dimensional (and in the case of Curry and Thompson, both) Thompson, maybe, but Curry is constantly running and he often loses defenders off the dribble. I don't recall Jordan as a runner, and the rules on whether defenders are allowed to run through screens could be key.

Jordan always took the other team's best scoring guard on defense, as a rule. He covered Iverson. He won the scoring title and was 1st team all defense in 96 (like every other title year), so good luck tiring him out.

We get it, you know fuck all about basketball. I've already argued with you enough and I'm convinced you're a delsuional, ignorant retard. I've said what I've had to, I'm not going to have another moronic argument with you. You're fucking wrong, IMO. I couldn't care any less about your retarded opinion.

For a few years in a row, for the London Knights, I dubbed a few goals as "The Goal". I can think of 2 of off the top of my head. The one year, Max Domi was in on a breakaway, and couldn't get the puck to settle down. He literally flipped it up in the air, deked out the goalie, and batted the puck out of the air into the net. Another year, Max Jones scored a goal where the puck was in his feet. He scored the goal with the blade of the stick in between his legs. He had practiced doing that quite a few times throughout the year. Glad he stuck with it because it was going to work one of these times! Both Max's are now playing in the NHL, BTW. Joker's Wilde
