I am thinking of changing my hair and want to go with Farrah Fawcett hair as inspiration.
Show me which hairstyle you like on her best please. Bring your suggestions forward please. Happy to get inspired!
My hair is long to almost my waist now (so I can cut it to whatever), strawberry blond and naturaly somewhat wavy so I think I could wear her hairstyles with ease and just minimal prep IF the haircut is welll done.
Thank you!

this seems to be a deviation from what she is most known for, hairwise, no? Or is it just the angle?

I remember during my I Dream of Jeanie marathon watching days I saw her on here as a guest at a party and thought she looked the best I've ever seen her look.

I had Farrah hair in the 80's. Long, layered and soft waves. I would blow it dry, get it as straight as possible, then set it in a billion hot rollers for 3 minutes (my hair took curls well), take them out, let the hair cool, feather it with my fingers, then spray it with Freeze and Shine! I liked her hair a lot in this picture which I feel was more suited to her as she got older:

Farrah is a hair icon. I don't think you can go wrong.

Or ideally.. eh.. nothing but fingerstyping?

No one posted the classic Farrah mane!!! The first picture is how I wore my hair for a good part of the 80's. A lot of girls did. Farrah hair! It was a pain in the ass to do. Wouldn't have the patience now. She was so pretty.

But I am thinking the second one could be easier to do as it is only the front to curl up - it seems...I think I will go for that one. I think the tricky part is to get the right hair cut for it to work.

I think the tricky part is to get the right hair cut for it to work. Having the right type of hair is also the challenge. It always amazed me when women went to a salon with an expectation of a particular look when their hair type wouldn't support it. I felt bad for the stylists having to try to talk them out of it because they would get nasty feedback when the style wasn't was the customer wanted! But I think that other style would work with a lot of different hair types. If your hair is thin and wispy, having it "damaged" by hair color helps with creating fullness. I love that look!

Medium body and thickness, semi-straight (not poker-straight) that can effect fullness when styled.
