I've group-texted my fellow wine lovers. This may, however, take some serious fund raising. "...reporting all sorts of intriguing scent and tasting notes, from cured leather to burnt orange. But now, you don't have to take their word for it." You'd better take their word for it. These guys can be tough. I'm not young, and I've been to countless wine tastings. I still don't know what honeysuckle smells like ... and, I'm afraid to ask.

It just has a flowery taste/smell with a mild sweetness to them but I suppose it would depend on the type of honeysuckle. You can usually find them in wooded areas. I used to mess with the the white ones when I was a kid.
This is what they look like -
Leather is a familiar taste too. I used to chew on my baseball gloves when I was young. lol...
Plus, I drink a fair amount of craft beer and and like wine, you can detect a leather taste in them too. Would be interesting to see them space-age a beer. Like a really good Belgian Quadrupel (type of beer) would be interesting.
