...what would you pick? Talking something actually game-used or used in some other context. For me I think it comes down to two things - either the football Nick Foles threw to Zach Ertz for the game winning catch in Super Bowl 52 or Mike Eruzione’s jersey from the Miracle on Ice game.

I've got Super Sam's drinks bottle I picked up from the goalmouth during the pitch invasion after our last home game in non-league football.
I don't need anything else. That's football history right there.
I use it as a water bottle for the dogs on walks 👍

A javelin or a discus from the Ancient Olympic Games.
If that is outside the realm of possibility, then I suppose I could settle for a torch from one of the early Modern Olympic Games.

The ball and helmet from David Tyree's helmet catch. May as well just glue them together.

A ball from this game:
The day the Billikens sat atop the world of college basketball Mar 17, 2021
In March of 1948, the Saint Louis Billikens demolished the field in the National Invitation Tournament in New York to lay claim to the best team in college basketball.
The Billikens won the NIT at a time when it, not the NCAA tournament, was considered college basketball's premier event. Ed Macauley scored 24 points as SLU, which finished with a 24-3 record under first-year coach Ed Hickey, beat New York University 65-52 in the final on March 17 at Madison Square Garden. Three days later, the team arrived at Union Station by train and was greeted by 15,000 fans for a parade.
“It was like a fairy tale,” Macauley once told the Post-Dispatch. “St. Louis never had seen anything like that. But we didn't really feel special. It was family, all those people, and you don't feel special with family.”

The first ball thrown at the first professional baseball game in 1871 www.retrosheet.org/1stGame.htmAn Archibald "Moonlight" Graham autograph. He's the rarest baseball autograph (five legit copies). Odd for a doctor, I'd think. Doctors sign their names many times a day

A game worn Babe Ruth jersey......
So I can go all Constanza, and use it as a rag when I eat strawberries or other juicy fruits. George had the right idea with that one!

A game worn Jim Thorpe jersey. I'm suprised you didn't say Jordan's jockstrap.

The ball that bowled Bradman for 0 in his final test innings, which is likely under lock and key somewhere in London.
Failing that, a signed Dragons jumper following the 1966 Grand Final after they'd secured their 11th consecutive premiership. Of course back then the players would switch jumpers after the game so it would more likely be a Balmain jersey.

A game worn Jim Thorpe jersey. I grew up right outside of Carlisle, PA so that would be a really cool one for me too. As I've mentioned previously, my dad ushered for the Hershey, PA Wilt Chamberlin 100-point game, so a game-used basketball from that game would have a lot of sentimental value. In terms of my own fandom, it would have to be the Immaculate Reception ball - - the play that started the Steelers ascendency.

As soon as I saw Carl's response, I thought about how this could go sideways quickly.
