It's been 20 years since the Sixers made it past the second round. The Cowboys of the NBA?

Look at us, fam. ALL THE TALKING HEADS ARE TALKING ABOUT US.
We've got the Kardashians, we've got the rightful MVP, we've got the rightful DPOY, and we've got all eyes on us (making us the Lakers of the East.)
Life is good in Philly today!

You said exactly the same thing about the Sixers 4-1 loss to the Celtics in 2018. Practically verbatim. Better luck this time. It wasn't any better. Debatable. At least the Sixers pushed it to seven games this time.

LOL. This just gets funnier and funnier. Kevin Huerter came up big! Simmons, and Harris choked,‘ and Thybulle committed an asinine foul (AGAIN) in 3 point range. I think Bucks win the next round, but the Hawks are definitely capable of beating him. Holiday appears to be in a funk, and Middleton is inconsistent. We know the problems Giannis has shooting at times.

That you should have Trusted The Process

It's in the bag
In fact - if the Hawks win - I'll never post here again - that's how confident I am
I may go jogging or to my boxing gym - we shall see how I feel
But sometimes I tune into these games to watch the little things - i.e. to see how a phenom like rookie Tyrese Maxey performs
This one is over though....
Damn bruh..... I knew he would do this, not the first time. And he will be back

I knew he would do this, not the first time. And he will be back Some Philly team will have to get a spark of life, but the Phils are 34-35, and the Eagles over-under for wins is 6.5 in a 17-game season.

I have a legit question about the Sixers. I'm no NBA fan, what I know hits me by osmosis. But I see Ben Simmons listed as Philly's point guard. A 6'11" point guard? Is that normal for the NBA? I know Magic Johnson was 6'9" but he was a special player. Seems to me that someone that tall isn't cut out to be a point guard.

Never mind his height, how about a guard who's been in the league since 2016 with 5 career three pointers made. How about a franchise player who doesn't take a shot in the 4th qtr in multiple playoff games. He combined for 19 total points across the last three games of the series-- including 5 pts in game 7. It isn't his fault alone that they lost, but Simmons is a chump and he will be traded this offseason. 'The process' was an absolute failure.

Is there something in Philly that just messes up point guards? I remember Markelle Fultz shooting free throws all fucked up.
