Getting intense hours back now that summer classes take only 6 hours a week. I don't desperately need it cuz I have $6.4k saved up but I'd like my money to last until I graduate in a year and who knows how much in student grants I'll be getting next semester? I'd like to be able to graduate with no debt. Getting rashes from wearing a mask so frequently too.
I clean shopping baskets one by one, count how many people are in the store so that it stays below the legal limit, and supervise self-checkouts. So dull when my boyfriend is not there.

I'm tired of wearing a mask at work too. As a psych nurse it makes my job harder. At the beginning of my shift I always introduce myself and tty to show my patients my face at least once.
Good for you for staying so motivated.

That's not much compared to my job.

That's not much compared to my job. One shift was 10 hours 15 minutes because people don't want to show up. At least my boyfriend was there for 7 of those hours. Coworkers were shocked. I was fine doing 46-hour workweeks back in the day and was still sometimes doing 40+ shortly before going back to school. Maybe I'm not as physically able anymore after catching covid.

Do you wear support stockings? I can't work with out them or my legs kill me.

My job involves holding a bunch of info in my head as I run around on my feet all day long. I'll be ringing up one second, making milkshakes another, making sandwiches another, taking out trash another and lifting things that can weigh more than 50kg. Sometimes for more than 10 hours at a time, more than 40 a week.
