Leary's comment about "coffee flavored coffee" reminds me of a story I previously posted in the Customer Service thread: But did she say “have a nice day” afterwards? No she did not. Instead she had giggled with her co-worker.

If you don't put too much sugar and cream in it coffee is good for you. It lowers blood sugar so if you're going to have something sweet in the morning coffee is good to go with it as long as you don't put too much sugar in it. That being said I only drink decaffeinated coffee.

I eat the organic, whole wheat kind so I can lie to myself that it's healthy  No high-fructose corn syrup though.
