I did a reverse Google Image search which led me to YouTube video and a comment pointed me in the general direction. If I have to do all that when walking through a jungle I will die.

I cheated and searched through Google lens. It's right in the middle of the picture. Look for the snake's curved body, although even then it's hard to see. The camouflage some animals have is incredible. I went to Madagascar a few years ago, and my guide was constantly pointing out chameleons and walking sticks and lizards that looked like leaves, and I usually failed to see them, even when he pointed right at them. But, I sucked at Where's Waldo, too, so maybe it's me...

I think I found it. In the upper right quadrant but towards the middle of that I see what looks like a golf hole with his body coiled around it. Just a little above that is his mouth. Its open like he is ready to bite and I even see eyes on the head. If that is it with a wide open mouth.
