5 Jimmy Somerville (The Communards)
Also with Bronski Beat. That's the band I remember him first and foremost, anyway. For me: Del Shannon. Joker's Wilde

Jimmy Somerville says that he has a countertenor voice. I must admit that my untrained ears can’t tell the difference but he briefly hits a deeper voice during this video (go to the 6 minute mark for his explanation).

Bach calls them "bargain counter tenors" and I couldn't agree more. Can't stand to listen to them.

How could you not like this? Of course unless you can't stand Disco, which I used to hate until I learned the dances and how many girls loved good Disco dancers.
Great vocals and perfect counterpoint to the female singers deep voice.

Might be a stupid choice to who is best, but i would say mick jagger. Because if you listen to all the songs he sang that, he also sang in falsetto. They are are always good.j
And i'll tell you for one thing, any artist that always sang in a falsetto are usually not that good.

That could be, except for Frankie Valli and Little Anthony.
I have to give an honorable mention to Jimmy Gallagher, if you know who he is....
(
He's the Irish guy among the Italians, go to 4:44 in video to hear him)

I seem to recall a previous falsetto thread. I think I went for Sylvester. To him I will add Klaus Nomi.

Eddie Holman always claimed the greatest ever falsetto singer was Eddie Holman.
My fave is Slim Whitman. (not sure if he counts as falsetto though.)
