Neil Connery, who incidentally passed away a few days ago.
In Indian cinema I can think of a few actors who could not be as successful as their elder brothers:
Som Dutt (Sunil Dutt) Rajeev Kapoor (Randhir and Rishi Kapoor) Sanjay Kapoor (Anil Kapoor) Faisal Khan (Aamir Khan)

I was shocked to learn Jamie Lee Curtis had a sister who did some acting.
Poor DeeDee Pfieffer. I feel sorry for her because I had no idea who she was related to in FALLING DOWN but I thought--this fastfood clerk has got presence.
