My first time here...day 3...it’s pleasant weather wise. I think I got very lucky as it’s warm but not too warm, and no humidity at all. It’s been like 75-80 without being too humid.
Universal and Islands of Adventure were pretty great eye candy parks. Rode a few rides and ate some foods, saw some attraction. It’s all been very nice. Didn’t realize they got rid of Jaws tho...was looking forward to finally seeing that but I’m 10 years too late. Thanks Harry Potter.
Epcot tomorrow...and a swamp boat ride thing later this week.
Just felt like checking in from my suite on the 15th floor...no big deal. [smoke1]

Nice. I visited Daytona for a week in 2009. I also thought it was nice. Are you on the ocean? You should go for a swim. I spent a day on the beach swimming and it was the best day I had there.

I’ve lived in Florida for a while now and it’s quite nice. Despite being home to “Florida man”, it’s quite a fun place to live and there’s a lot to do throughout the state. I will say though that I despise our summer weather, 95 dailies with massive humidity and 80 degree nights with all the mugginess is not fun. You’re definitely lucky to visit now, out April’s and Mays have been cooler lately.

And there are equally as many conservative poltical talk radio stations as their are liberal which is a rarity in my experience. The kind that think Trump got robbed and say so openly on public radio

Oh, I get what you are now! Well here’s your theme song, sing along now! yeah? You like that? I'll respond to you one more time since I find you mildly amusing, but responses like this give you low grades as a troll. I've faced troll legends like TaintedLynx so someone like you is hardly a challenge. At least try to sound like you really care about anything, it will make your troll act less obvious and attract more fish to take your bait.

We’re in Orlando which isn’t exactly near the ocean. We may take a drive to the coast Thursday tho. It’s about an hour drive.

That's funny, I was just there last month. For me, it was rather humid, but I'm from the desert so perhaps I'm a bit less tolerant.
Didn't care for Epcot. Did enjoy Hollywood Studios, especially GE - my gf bought me the Darth Maul lightsaber. As an avid Avatar hater, Pandora was surprisingly impressive as well.
As for Universal...woof. I love the LA one, but the Orlando one is a downright stressful experience with miserable employees and impossible lines. I missed half the rides. And yeah, shame I went post-Jaws, not to mention T2 and Twister. The Harry Potter rides were pretty cool though, minus the disappointing Hogwarts Express.
