Per Clutchpoints -
3. Mike McCarthy - Cowboys 2. Zac Taylor - Bengals 1. Matt Nagy - Bears
Taylor and Nagy are dealing with incredibly young QBs (assuming Fields takes over for Dalton at some point early)
Fair?
I agree with McCarthy - but I'm expecting a Super Bowl berth for them - they miss the playoffs he's gone
Isn't it time for Mike Zimmer to do something with his tenure?

Zac Taylor on one hand shouldn't be expected to go more than 1 game over .500... & yet if they fail at that, he'll be gone before he gets to his car week 18. I'm sure a lot of prime applicants would line up to coach Burrow. btw, did you see Eugene Chung, Korean-American on the Chiefs staff, being told he wasn't the right visible minority for interview. Team in question remains unknown, though it's probably just as well if the league wants all teams to shape the f up about this stuff.

I remember when he used to play for the Eagles circa Y2K

He was an offensive lineman - - he was never svelte. As for the three on the hot seat: Kingsbury, Gruden, Fangio should be at the top too.

I wonder if people will admit I'm right about Belichick when the Patriots have another lousy season this year?

What a coincidence
Patrick Chung and Eugene Chung both played for the Patriots and Eagles - how about that
Here's Patrick the safety -

I don’t really think Zac Taylor deserves to be on the hot seat, this is just Burrow’s second year, they are still rebuilding, and they are in a tough division. It’s not fair to have him on the hot seat.
I definitely think McCarthy belongs on the hot seat, the Cowboys can’t keep underachieving the way the do almost every year. Nagy as well, the Bears don’t seem to know what the hell they are doing a lot of the time.
What about Chucky in Vegas? He belongs on the hot seat IMO, the Raiders are nothing but mediocre every year and I don’t expect things to change this year.

I think for Taylor to get fired they'd have to go something like 3-14. The Bengals over years have shown to be very frugal. I doubt they'd fire Taylor and pay him the rest of his salary. I think he has 2 or 3 years left on what I think was a 5 year deal.
Matt Nagy is the easy choice. His contract is up so he might not even be fired but if he doesn't win than he simply won't get extended.
McCarthy better at LEAST show his offense is good enough to exist in today's NFL.
Mike Zimmer could be a name to watch.
Vic Fangio in Denver as well. He needs a decent season and for Bridgewater to give him competent QB play while a defense carries them.
Kliff Kingsbury could be on the hot seat if the Cardinals massively underperforme. He doesn't have a great track record of success and that team has some major talent.
My dark horse though is Pete Carroll. Maybe he doesn't get "fired" per say but I dont expect this Seahawks team to be that great. Maybe the FO wants to make a change to best serve Russ and that change is a new offensive HC and Carroll retires in the offseason in a form to save face publicly.

So his weight threw you for a loop, but not the fact that he was apparently Asian now?
