That wasn't my intention at all. Don't pretend you can read my mind, it will get you nowhere. Age of consent is also state by state. Some states it is 16, some 17, many 18. There are also specifics such as in some states they allow a 3 year age range limit. This is all interesting stuff, so I don't know why you are being so critical of me making a thread about it. State laws mean quite a bit and to know them will keep you out of trouble. gun control laws, custody laws, divorce laws, motor carrier laws, business laws and marriage laws vary state to state, among others. Another interesting one is incest laws. does that mean I can bang a 15yr old in Alabama and run my ass home scot free? I'd have to look again, but I think that only applies to 16 years and older and only in a few states. There are creepy marriage laws in some states though. I think Texas only recently got rid of a marriage law that allowed an older man to marry a 14 year old.

This is my state and its all messed up like hell. The fun was taking out over 20 years ago when tabletop and couch dancing was banned. "Washington State has such restrictive laws that it would be nearly impossible to have a strip club that served alcohol. If you did want to have such a thing, the liquor code specifies "Entertainers may only expose their breast and/or buttocks if the performer(s) is...removed at least six feet from the nearest patron." It also says they may not "wear or use any device or covering that is exposed to view which simulates the breast, genitals, anus, pubic hair, or any portion thereof." That means no simulating pubic hair, which means no merkins."

The strip clubs here serve alcohol, have VIP dances where it is sort of up to the dancers what they will let you do (this isn't actually legal, but nobody seemed to pay attention or care) and have full nudity on the main stage, though it is also up to the dancers whether they will go full nude or not. Most of the dancers will go full nude, but some don't. Good times. Unfortunately the best one in my city got their license revoked and shut down, because of shootings. They had some top notch dancers there. At least one that was a 10/10 in looks and she had a great personality too.

I've always found it odd that California is the porn capital of the world yet alcohol and full nudity is not allowed in the same bar there. All the laws restricting titty bars aka strip clubs aka gentlemans clubs are sort of disingenuous considering organized crime is heavily involved in most of them. Mainly cash transactions is a perfect front to launder money. At least that's what I've heard.
