I dont remember exactly the jurors just from their juror numbers. But I would have Tom Hanks as the lead, playing the juror that Henry Fonda did. Jeff Goldblum is a bit too sarcastic and arrogant to play the reasonable, humble juror. For their abilities to have exceptional compelling long-take dialogue scenes, I'd also cast Robert Downey Jr, Kurt Russel and Denzel Washington. Probably would need a few females so I'll throw in Jessica Chastain and Amy Adams.

If this hypothetical remake takes place in the present, obviously it wouldn’t be 12 white men. There would 5 to 7 men and 7 to 5 women, for starters. There would be at least four blacks, two or three Hispanics, and one Asian.

The plot would have to be a migrant accused of murdering a former president-reality show host and it turns out at the end juror #3 confesses to be transgendered.

In spite of the sarcastic comments that have been made about diversity, the examples mockingly given are indeed how today's juries would be comprised. The dream of a time when only white males were decision makers and deciders is long over. Wake up and be "woke." As Sergeants in the military used to like to say, "Get with the program." It's the third decade of the 21st Century, guys. Time to put the bad old days in the past where they belong.
