Haven (TV Show) Season 1, 13 Episodes (2010). When a federal escapee is reported killed in the remote Maine coastal town of Haven, Agent Audrey Parker (Emily Rose) is sent to wrap up the case but she notices some odd things surrounding the man’s death. It seems that someone in town can effect the weather with an emotional change. And that is not the only psychic phenomenon she experiences. Sure, “Haven” is the love child of “The X-Files” and “Twin Peaks” but has its own pleasures. Audrey finds out that the town had experienced similar things back in the 1980s, a time residents call “the Troubles.” Now, they are back. This series is a lot of fun. Lighter in tone than its parents. I liked it.
I don't think you fully understand, Mr. Bigelow. You've been murdered.
I LOVED 'Haven' and have lost count of how many times we have watched it on DVD and I was disappointed when it was cancelled 'cause I would have liked it to have gone on for another season or 2 so we got to see the Other World and find out more about Mara's family and the origins of her powers and I remember reading if it had got another season Audrey was supposed to get her memory back and Mara's Brother was going to be the villain of the next season and they would have had to go other to the Other World to face him. I am happy it got 5 seasons (technically 6 since 5 had twice the amount of episodes as the other seasons) and I think it is the best TV Show based on a Stephen King novel even though it was not a proper adaption of 'The Colorado Kid.'
I'm a leader, I'm a winner, and I'm cleaner 'Cause I'm awesome. I don't need you 'cause I'm neato and I beat you 'Cause I'm awesome. That's right
