Someone trying to scatter a dead man's ashes only for the wind to blow the ashes back in his face was done in Mel Brooks's Life Stinks and later in The Big Lebowski.

The "I don't have time for this" move.
Raiders of the Lost Ark (1981).
Batman Forever (1995).

Older joke going back to the B&W era.
Sh! The Octopus (1937), Whispering Ghosts (1942), and Abbott and Costello Meet the Killer, Boris Karloff (1949), as well as the Laurel and Hardy short Habeas Corpus (1929), all used the same joke of people wandering around a dark dank area, lighting a candle, putting it on what they think is a rock, and the 'rock' (a turtle) walks away with the candle in its back.

A joke that still goes on to this day in many comedies is little kids/old people using profanity.

I feel like there's at least 200 movies where someone jumps into a crowd, faceplants, everything goes silent, then they get up okay and everyone cheers.

Star Trek 3:
Dan from Night Court disguised as a klingon: "You said you would kill me."
"Kirk: "I lied."
Commando:
Matrix: "You remember when I promised I would kill you last??"
Sully: "That's right Matrix-you did!"
Matrix: "I lied."
The Mask:
John Ritter's wife: "You said you wouldn't hurt him."
The Eric Roberts lookalike: "I lied."

Mr. Nanny had a spin to that.
Thanatos: "When we get the chip, kill the family." Kate: "You lied!" Thanatos: "So sue me."

I think it's the worst line in recent movies. I liked it in Star Trek and Commando--but it's kind of feeble how overused it is.
Someone needs to come up with a different response.
There was a funny line in this tv movie--Adventures of Captain Zoom or something
and Ron Perlman is a Ming the Merciless kind of bad guy
and this masked character says: "I have returned to get my revenge for what you did to me."
and Perlman is like: "Who are you? I have tortured lots of people. I can't remember them all."
and the guy angrily says "maybe it would help if I screamed in horrible agony."
And Perlman says calmly: "that doesn't really help to narrow it down."

Referencing that someone died during sex is another one I'm sure I've seen used in various sitcoms but can't name specific examples

Two characters are at a loud party, have to nearly shout to hear each other, and one of the characters shouts something awkward or that could be taken out of context right as the music cuts out.
Done too many times to count.
