Give me the story first.
Martina McFly goes back to 1955 to stop her mother from marrying so she can become the first woman president and prevent a world war. Whoopi Goldberg is Doc White.
Biff Trump is the villain.

I'm not interested in a BTTF remake in general, regardless if it has extra black people.

Give me the story first. Martina McFly goes back to 1955 to stop her mother from marrying so she can become the first woman president and prevent a world war. Whoopi Goldberg is Doc White. Biff Trump is the villain. This is probably exactly what the movie would be: "Probably directed by some trendy SFX director with action background. Spielberg would produce (which means nothing today) Marty would be a nerd, possibly some SJW label of today to overcome. Jennifer would be the popular girl he pines for. They would add a gay friend or transgender friend, possibly both. He's have a circle of misfits friends (akin to Stranger Things) but in 2020. He'd travel back to 1985 because the 80s reboots are so trendy today. They'd make references to New Coke instead of Pepsi. He'd probably be at an arcade instead of a diner. Biff would be a biggot and portrayed as an ignorant white, jock, straight, male ... You know, the perfect villain in today's society. He'd make racial, sexual, and other slurs that are considered not PC and Marty would look like the perfect hero. Doc would be played by like Josh Gad or Zack Galifanakis, maybe even Will Ferrell. He'd be more of a lucky Buffon who isn't very smart, has hair brained ideas, but somehow luck's upon this flux capacitor. They'd get into some "It"/ "Stranger Things" themed adventure with bikes, cassettes, 80s pop references, he'd probably do the "Floss" at the dance during a Michael Jackson song and it would catch on, and he'll say "your kids are going to love it". Doc will ask him "If you're really from the future, who is the President?" And he says "Donald Trump" and he laughs at him. Then he'd return to 2020 after a series of unfortunate events. The future would be different. He would be with Jennifer, the cool guy. But the twist is he will realize he was in love with some girl in his old social group and dump Jennifer (the white straight rich girl = Evil) for the socially awkward biracial girl with autism or whatever. It sets up a sequel with a post credits scene with Doc saying something about his family in the future. This time the socially awkward love interest goes with him. She will have a larger part in the sequel."

Doc will ask him "If you're really from the future, who is the President?" And he says "Donald Trump" and he laughs at him. "Donald Trump? The NY real estate guy? Who's his vice president? Hulk Hogan?"

Martina McFly has one very old mother. I figured the present would be 1985. But yeah it would make more sense to be updated to 2020.

"Omigod, they found me. I don't know how but they found me. Run for it Marty!"
"Who?"
"The Hungarians!"

Would I watch it? No. A woke remake would be a massive flop.

Would I watch a non-existent remake of a film that is unlikely to be remade, in a a way that it may not be made...hell yeah. I hope it does transpire. I mean someone has to see it because all those that say "no" won't, but I'm sure will still have an apoplectic opinion on it.
I also look forward to a feminist Citizen Kane, a racist Singin' In The Rain, a homoerotic Jaws and a mysoginistic Empire Strikes Back.

Yes, but only if Marty McFly was played by a paraplegic transgender Inuit.

Nope. The new Indiana Jones will probably be a woke movie which would be a sneak peek if they ever did remake BTTF.

Pakistani Janitor: "Yeah! I am going to be mayor. Maybe even of a city like London."
Diner owner: "That'll be the day. What's next? Bruce Jenner gets a sex change?"
