Over 100 times. When I was a kid my parents were frequent travellers and they often took me with them. I was 4 years old when we first went to Thailand in 1985. Back then it was a big deal for a small kid to go on a long-distance trip like that. Today I see parents with toddlers everywhere I go.
I haven't flown for over 2 years now and I doubt I'll ever travel that much anymore. I live in a small country where you can reach most places easily by car or train.

Is the OP asking how many trips, or how many connecting flights we've taken?
I'm a backpacker, so I do marathon trips for months, and I always take multiple flights for different legs of the journey. On one trip alone, I easily rack up more than 15 flights, which is not fun. It gets awfully tedious after a while. I also took flight lessons, but that doesn't count according to this poll.

Less than a dozen: To England and back in 1976 (I was 1 year old, so I don't remember it) Same in 1979 (4 years old - don't remember it) Same in 1984 (9 years old - I do remember the plane rides there and back, and I remember a good chunk of the trip) Had to take a plane home for Christmas a few times in my university years. That was because I still had exams to write, and my contacts for rides had no more exams. And, they didn't want to wait for me. THE NERVE!  Each time, it was North Bay to Toronto to London. I remember one time I had to take the plane back up. Of course, it went London to Toronto to North Bay. Joker's Wilde |

Nine trips. To Australia and back (with a flight across the country in between). Then Scotland and back, Spain and back then finally Poland and back.
If you want to include connecting flights add another two.

1. 93 - California to Florida - a week at disneyworld with one day at Universal Studios
2-5 2001, 2004, 2005, 2006 - California to Seattle. Visit Family
6-7. 2013, 2014 Seattle to Connecticut - Visit a friend.
8. 2014 - Connecticut to South Carolina - visit another friend before returning to Seattle
9. Seattle to Philadelphia 2017 - Moved
10. Allentown, PA to Newark NJ to Santa Ana, CA - Spent 5 days visiting my hometown in California. Allentown put me on a bus to Newark.
You can double that if you count the return flights as 19. The flight to Philadelphia was a 1 way flight
