Not the least interested in who you want to win, lets have the nations you despise/loath and want to see fail as Euro 2020 approaches this Friday.
For me, it's a no brainer it has to be England. There's justifiable claim that England failing to win a major football tournament since 1966 is the greatest sporting failure that exists in sports (certainly for me) though I'm sure that depends on what sports you follow, and as football is the greatest sport, this nugget is tops. The last two major tournaments have seen the two extremes for England followers, an embarrassing exit at the last Euro's to the minnows Iceland, and a deep run to the semi-finals (facing nobody decent along the way) at the 2018 World Cup, which saw hysteria reach new heights only to be dashed by Croatia.
Honourable Mentions:
Belgium and Holland.
The so-called 'Golden Generation' of Belgium still hasn't won a thing and they won't either, so overhyped having achieved so little. Holland just for their disgraceful antics in 'The Battle of Nuremburg' in World Cup 2006 and for the fact they are every little Englanders second team at a major tournament, though a case for Belgium on that one also.
