The commentator just made a point there that Belgium have to play two of their games away so doesn't look like it's 100% across the board for the top seeds. Doesn't seem right to me the likes of England and Holland getting to play all their games at home. Maybe if all the qualifying group winners got that as well it's not quite as bad but there's a real question of fairness as it stands. I totally agree.

Couldn't agree more. The 'shared' venue system just doesn't add to fairness and integrity of the tournament by favouring the populist nations. Pick a host nation and play all the games in that country...like the world cup does...well at least until 2026.
