That of course as everyone knows, is what they eat in some countries.
See what i'm sayin'? They use an egg as a hamburger topping. I mean a hamburger that you would eat from mcdonalds. Not like, just ground hamburger meat.
For example, i only know about this because of ... I saw this one game from the 80's. Made in chine or japan, where you put together hamburgers. And one item in it is an egg ,you see.
You can get the egg and get points if i recall correctly.
So, based on this game, i would assume that they put an egg on hamburgers.

Yup. Itβs a pretty common option at burger restaurants where I live. You gotta really be in the mood for some protein flavor though. I found it to be really delicious for a few bites then it just seemed like a bit too much- kinda like a bacon burger or a double patty.

mr sunshine likes them with egg. I'm not so crazy about it. There was a small hamburger place near us years ago that had a burger they called The Fat Boy. It had everything on it, plus an egg on top.

Not with an egg on top but with egg, onion and bread crumbs mixed in with the meat, almost like a meatloaf burger - very good.

A fried egg, grilled pineapple, and caramelized onions are my 3 favorite burger toppings (not necessarily all together).

A hamburger with a fried egg on it is usually pretty good.

Back in my early days I used to be a lifeguard. We would train on the beach early and then go get breakfast at the shack on the beach. Used to get the garbage pail burger which was a burger topped with Taylor Ham/Pork Roll (Its a Jersey thing)egg, and cheese. I'd eat the whole thing and then go run some more on the beach. This was usually done after a night of hanging out and drinking beers. Ahh to be young. If I tried ANY of that now, not so good!

Funny, I was just talking to one of my high school buddies (still close after all these years) and we were joking about how we would go eat a massive meal at a chinese restaurant right after school, sometimes even at a local buffet....and then go straight to basketball practice and be totally fine. Nowadays, I eat Chinese food and I'm on the couch for the rest of the day, half passed out. Forget playing basketball for multiple hours, I can barely muster the energy to walk the dog. That's partly why I rarely eat it, but still, it makes for an amusing memory of yesteryear. Also, ever travel outside of the northeast corridor (of course you do) and run into the annoying situation of trying to get an "egg on a roll"? It's one of a transplant's greatest hardships. I'm back in NY, but in my years elsewhere that always irked me.

It's my wife's favorite take out but doesn't sit right with me. Yes! I lived in California for a while and could not get a good breakfast sandwich. Or good rolls or bread at all for that matter. Or pizza? Must be a carbs thing. The Mexican food and Chinese food was better out there but how I missed a good pizza, bagel, or sub!

I'm out.
Though I know I've had meat loaf with egg in the past.
My next door neighbor called over - they got some chickens.
"We'll drop off some eggs when we get some, You eat eggs, right?"
"Nope!"
