I've always felt this way, do you agree with this?

No, I can’t say I agree. Batman was sillier and campier, in my opinion.
Personally, I really like the Roger Moore Bond movies.

I don't agree. but I can understand where you are coming from.
Bond was at it's campiest during the Roger Moore era, but not THAT campy.

Don't agree but Bond scripts got silly in the seventies. Um... Dead women painted in gold, old women with knife shoes, blade hat wearing henchmen, volcano military bases??? All that happened in the sixties.

Live and Let Die and Golden Gun are camp. Moonraker can be camp to an extent. But I wouldn't say the rest of the Moore Bond films are camp.

Almost all the Bond movies are silly imo, some much more than others. That isn't necessarily a bad thing though. I mean Goldfinger has a henchman who throws his bowlers hat as a weapon. That is very silly.

Bond is, and always has been always will be, camp. The original Fleming novels might be described as 'the higher camp', and the films more as the lowest-common-denominator camp...and Batman was pointedly designed to be camp from its inception. But Susan Sontag would have been the first to recognize that no matter who played 007, campiness was the raison d'etre of the whole franchise.

Do you remember her wearing braces? It's a popular Mandela effect.

She looks like someone who would have braces and it would have made a lot of sense if she had worn braces. Easy to explain why people would remember her having braces.

Afraid I once did - and was scored for it here. I should have said that Bond film got very silly in the seventies. The Clifton James character also annoyed me, though I like James. I've only seen one post-Connery Bond film since I shut off the "Jaws finds love" scene some 40 years ago - the one with Sophie Marceau.

Moonraker is one of the worst Bond films imo, and Jaws in love is the worst stuff in the entire franchise. You shouldn't have given up on it just because of that and I say this as someone who isn't even much of a James Bond fan. Casino Royale might be the perfect Bond film.

Do you know what camp is? Camp is not to be confused with fun. Lots of users on this thread using the term rather stupidly like a baby discovering the word "poo".

I wouldn't call Bond "camp" he's literally slept with more women than the average Fred Flintstone. The Bond films are wild crazy fun not camp. I appreciate the like from you but let's not go crazy here. On the scale of "camp" Bond is nowhere near.
