OK, as an international poster, I struggle to understand the nuances ( although I have a fair idea from being a Food Board Member who participated in the Great Gravy Wars on the old IMDb) of what is gravy, gravy for 'biscuits' what is tomato sauce and what is ketchup etc etc etc in the US. Add in the Canucks and it becomes even more dificult to have a proper discussion abour 'waffles'.
