As I edit these in, I'm taking my time so I won't overlook something. As for Henry Fonda, I took his more "credible character", the one with motivation. I do tend to take more three dimensional villains that the comic book types that most people here seem to love.
21. Charlton Heston-THE THREE MUSKETEERS (I thought about his hate mongering villain in "Arrowhead", but that is the very hate mongering racist movie that I don't believe in allowing any credit, so 3 Musketeers fits better here, thanks)
