Ah Coneheads, one of my favorite comedies, so many types of humor in it- but it gets a 5.3 rating on IMBD! Now I have absolutely no problem with this as we all have differently shaped funnybones, but if I were to look for a comedy on IMBD I would have ruled it out due to the low rating. The problem is that many low rated movies are low for a good reason.
Which goes back to a fantasy I had of having a clone of me watch a movie and then let me know if I would like it. Life is shorter than Danny Devito and we have to make good choices with our time.
But I can have a clone- it's you! (maybe)
Modern technology and software allows us to look at peoples' preferences and find other people with similar tastes. I am not talking about the junk "category matching" where, when you see one crocodile horror movie they recommend others (or throw in shark movies). I am talking about actual personality matches.
Here is how it works (simple really), a person enters their ratings on a number of movies they watched, then the system finds a "personality mirror" who has similar ratings. That mirror (or mirrors- a small group) become the real world "taste clones" that fulfill my fantasy of guaranteed happy movie watching.
This is totally doable with the software we have today and a website. One of you will make millions from this! Get going!

The issue is margin of error.
