Fair call on the red card? Not sure. The guy was falling down, I don't know that he could have avoided touching the ball with his arm. For me, it seems harsh. Schick seemed to be falling all over him, but I don't know, need another look.

Big chance as Kaderabek finds himself in the Dutch area . He fires low but Dumfries as the last defender spreads his legs to deflect the attempt. That was on its way in on '65.

GOAL
Tomas Holes for Czech Republic has put them one up. The cross came in, was headed back from the far post and met the head of Holes in the 6 yard box and he steered it firmly beyond Stekelenburg on '68. Well, well, well...

Masupost delivers a sweet curler but Stekelenburg plucks it out of the air. About to enter the last ten minutes and

Long ball into the Dutch half, it's headed on to Holes who runs with it after a lovely pick-up, he takes a couple of touches, dismissing Wijnaldum in the process, before sending in the low pass to where Schick is lined up to drill it home for nothing-two.

The Dutch have no one to blame but themselves. They've had wide open shots on goal, that guy didn't need to use his hand on that play, should have been a yellow, and, they just don't seem to be able to beat anybody to the ball when they should have.

It's all over. You just never know, do you. Netherlands are going home, Czech Republic are going on to play Denmark.

De ligt's the last defender, he intentionally handles the ball preventing Schick a clear goalscoring opportunity. It's 100% a red card all day long. Just a pity that the Pierluigi Collina clone in charge today and his var assistants were not at Wembley last night.
