Can't visit that site as it gives me a headache with all the pop-ups, but checking other sources it seems I was wrong, yes. Initial reports I read suggested it was Liverpool's fans. Fair play. Whether the Liverpool and/or Everton fans are happy is no longer relevant. He now is the Everton manager and needs minimal distractions from the disgruntled few/many and be allowed to focus on his team. Does it need rebuilding? No, not really as long as he can keep what is there. Richarlison, Calvert-Lewin, Jamie, Allen, etc. He's already reading about Ancelotti making noises in the media about recruiting some of them for Real Madrid. If Rafa can stave off departures and add a couple of players (winger and a creative midfielder) they can do OK

Good choice. the real marquee names will not really commit to Everton and he's as good as they are likely to get t take on a 4-5 year project. He knows the league and style well and even speaks scally. The real Everton problem is that they are usually expected to be the 7th place team and I'm not sure how much higher they can expect to get without major consistent investment and I'm not sure that money is there especially given a new ground and the problem that brings.
